SERMON: This Sunday we finish the our summer sermon series “Lessons From the Wilderness”. Next week we will begin our fall series which we have titled “Laying Hold of the Promise”. This summer dealt with how to walk Godward when He leads where you would never choose to go. Our next set will look at how to walk Godward when He is leading us where we most want to go. No matter what question we are dealing with our desire is to keep Jesus at the center. So as we close one series and prepare for the next we will pause today for one of our Christ at Center services.

good neWs CHurCH of Vladivostok, Russia is one of our Extended Ministries partners. Each ministry year our

Children’s Department selects an Extended Ministry to focus on, pray for, and give to throughout the year. Last year the kids were able to send $800 to Good News Church for their sound system upgrade. They were able to purchase a soundboard and

an amplifier for their worship ministry. Praise God that we are able to come alongside their ministry and bless them in this way. Please continue to pray for Sasha and Natasha as they serve the people of Vladivostok at Good News Church. The Fishing Crew kids will also be praying.
