Network with professionals and learn more about the Real World of PR!

Many PR students, overwhelmed and uncertain of their opti ons, fear the day they graduate college and enter the “real world.” Fortunately, PRSA off ers an opportunity for students to gain knowledge about

the professional environment not found in the classroom. On Friday, Feb. 17, PRSSA members from across the Southeast will be welcomed by area professionals at the annual Real World PR conference, held in Atlanta’s Loudermilk Center.

Att endees of Real World PR can expect to gain insight on the “real world” of PR aft er college through a series of interacti ve panel discussions and a keynote address. Also, students can opti mize their networking opportuniti es at a resume criti que and career expo.

UGA PRSSA members are encouraged to att end and can receive funding to cover the $70 registrati on fee through Grady College’s Yarbrough scholarship. Carpooling to Atlanta will be organized, as well.
