commitment and the support and encouragement of friends.

All of us have hurts, hang-ups, or habits that affect our entire family. Experience the freedom of those chains

TO MAKE DISCIPLES WHO MAKE DISCIPLES

DENTIST WITH A HEART

The 15th annual “Dentist With a Heart” month will be held throughout February, 2015. Many area dentists from the Fox Valley area will be opening their doors to the needy, offering free services for the month. $1 million in free services have been provided to over 3,500 patients in the last 10 years. FREE SERVICES FOR THE DAY INCLUDE: • CLEANING • X-RAY • DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES • FILLINGS • EXTRACTIONS We will not be able to provide more involved services such as crowns, bridges, root canals and dentures due to time constraints. We limit our services to patients over the age of 3 years and an adult must accompany anyone under 18. How do I get treatment? Simply select a date, and service location from the list of participating dentists. Some appointments are needed or specific days are scheduled and calls will not be taken. Simply arrive at the location selected prior to the starting time listed for that office. Patients will be treated on a first come, first serve basis. What if I am unable to receive treatment at that location? Select another date and service location. Be sure to arrive early to insure your chances of receiving treatment that day. Who is eligible? Anyone in need, from ages 3 years through adults. An adult must accompany anyone under the age of 18. Do I need to bring proof of income or need? No. The event is run on an honor system. We trust that if you seek treatment you are truly in need.

Sermon Notes

Title: Jesus Words: “Follow Me.”

Text: John 1:43-51

1. Who is on the list- if they called you today and said, “I need you,” you would drop everything and go- now?

2. What is the difference between Andrew’s call to discipleship and Philip’s call?

3. Is there a deeper meaning to Jesus’ words, “Follow me.” ?

4. What do we know about Philip?

5. What was Philip’s response to Jesus’ words?
