Selected ideas Most practical: clear agreements about how often and when during the week you can stop by a colleague to ask for advice, ideas or help. If the prerequisite is that all teachers are required to co-‐operate, the load will be equally spread and the new teacher will have plenty of options to choose from. Largest impact: work in pairs per classroom. Match younger teachers with older teachers to have the young ones learn from the experience of the older teachers. On the other hand, the younger teachers can inspire the older teacher with new ideas, new approaches and the use of new technologies. Favourite: the pay-‐with-‐a-‐tip-‐vending-‐machine. This idea means that you can pay for your soda or snack with a thought or idea that can help a young teacher. Depending on the amount of people who actually eat candy, this can be lead to quite a large amount of tips and tricks.
