If you are looking for a beautiful wedding venue, Soughton Hall offers a superior elegant atmosphere which makes the perfect venue for a stylish and romantic wedding day.

Weddings at Soughton are a very special occasion designed especially for you. We have a strict policy of only hosting one wedding at a time. Unlike other venues, there are no rules, set numbers or required packages – our wedding coordinators will help you design the day of your dreams from red carpet arrival to rose petal turndown. We can cater for weddings between 30 and 250 guests in our events spaces which include our stunning garden terrace and permanent marquee space.We are also licensed for Civil Ceremonies or if you prefer a church wedding there are two lovely local churches to choose from.
We want you to have the day of your dreams so you don’t have to have minimum numbers or compulsory packages to marry at Soughton Hall.We cater for everything from champagne and canapés to beer and bangers and mash!Many clients like packages to take some of the stress out of organising the big day. These include extras such as flowers, table plans and music and are available if you wish to have them. If you don’t want a package but would like us to arrange one of the elements in it, then just let us know and we’ll do the rest!

We are licensed for civil ceremonies in a choice of two rooms; The Dining Room and The Drawing Room.
Both are airy and light filled rooms with stunning views of our gardens. It is also possible to hold an outdoor blessing ceremony under a pergola in the gardens.
You will need to contact Mold Registry Office to book a registrar for your wedding ceremony and give notice of your intended marriage where you live. Mold Registry office will be able to answer any questions and can be contacted on 01352 703 333

One of the advantages of Soughton Hall is that it is small enough to have it all to yourself, whilst still being grand enough to suit the occasion.The hotel is available on an exclusive use basis all year round, which enables you and your guests to have the run of the whole hotel and grounds from 1pm on the day of your wedding until 11am on the day of departure.We don’t charge the earth for exclusive use, in fact we don’t charge anything at all!Our wedding planners will look after you every step of the way. Experts in turning your dreams into reality, they can help with everything from room dressing to recommending suppliers.

Spaces at Soughton Hall
A stunning room with large picture windows overlooking the gardens.The Dining Room can be used for smaller ceremonies, private dining and meetings.
This room offers views of the gardens and is perfect for the larger civil ceremonies. It can also be used as a wedding breakfast venue for up to 45 people.
An elegant and modern permanent marquee accessed from within the hotel, erected specifically for weddings, special celebrations and events. With its high ceilings and ivory drapes it provides all the glitz and glamour of a marquee wedding without the price tag, giving you more budget to spend on all the other little luxuries to make your day special.
The Marquee is beautiful on its own, but can be dressed with fairy lights and coloured uplighters to accent your wedding colours. It comes complete with all the facilities your guests will need and is fully heated.
