DINNER SERVICE

Our most popular service for weddings and special

occasions is our dinner service. You can create your own

three course dinner, either table service or buffet style.

Our catering menu was created by our chef and is

assured to meet your every desire.

HORS D’ OEUVRES

In lieu of a full dinner service, we offer a wide variety of

hors d’oeuvers. This option is popular for receptions with

a more casual atmosphere. It is often combined with a

cocktail reception.

BEVERAGES

Both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are

available. Dinner service includes some beverages and

additional beverages are available for all receptions.

Providing a host bar will affect set up of banquet room.

Hotel, staff, and guest must abide by all federal, state

and local laws regarding alcohol. Restrictions apply for

alcohol service.

BANQUET ROOM

The banquet spaced needed will vary based on the size

of your event, the services requested, the set up needed,

or the equipment used. It is important to plan and discuss

all services and equipment you foresee. Some services

or equipment may need to be coordinated through a third

party.

SLEEPING ROOM

This is a special time and you will have a big night.

That’s why Hilton Garden Inn offers everything you need

to sleep deep and treat yourself. Exceptional room

amenities and great hotel service for you and your

traveling guests are available.

BANQUET FOOD Events in which the food will be set up in a banquet stlye

requires several tables and additional space. Platted

dinner service is an alternative which allows more

flexibility with space since it does not require banquet

tables for food setup.

GIFT TABLE Many wedding receptions and social events request a

table for guest to display gifts. If your event will request

guest to bring gifts, more than one table may be needed.

PODIUM Occasionally, podiums, microphone or other audio visual

equipments may be used during social events.

SIGN IN TABLE Typically, a table is place outside of the meeting room for

events in which a sign in table are requested.


DINING TABLES Round dining tables accommodate up to 10 people per

table. Number of tables depends on guest attending.

CAKE TABLE Events in which cake needs to be displayed will require it

to be on its own table. Depending on the size of the cake,

round or rectangle tables may be used.

DJ TABLE Events with a Disc Jockey require a table for equipment

and supplies. Other entertainment may also require table

or floor space that most be coordinated.

DANCE FLOOR Installing a dance floor provides the perfect space for

guest to move and interact.

HOST BAR If an event is planning a Host bar inside of meeting room,

space will be needed.
