Dress CodePer the Board of Governors, business casual dress is requested at all times. Eveningattire requires that gentlemen wear a jacket in the Main Dining Room. The UniversityClub does not allow tennis shoes at any time.

Lost and FoundThe University Club will not assume any responsibility for damages or loss of anymerchandise or articles left in the club prior to, during or following the function.

Signs and DisplaysA minimal amount of pre-approved signage is permitted in the function rooms. Signsdisplayed directly outside the function rooms should be freestanding or on an easel.No tacks, nails or adhesives are to be used to affix a sign to a wall.

PricingPrices are subject to change without notice or promise and should be used as aguideline of costs. Menu prices will be guaranteed 60 days prior to the function date.Prices quoted do not include a 22% service charge. The price quoted and servicecharge are subject to the state tax. Deposits and payments, room charges andsubsequent payments are non-refundable. A deposit is needed to secure the date,time and room. A 50% payment is due 1 month before your event. Seven days prior tothe event, the client will provide the remaining payment of the catering balance basedon this guaranteed count. A credit card number is provided to which event-daybeverage and variable costs will be charged.

DamagesClient agrees to pay The University Club for any and all damages arising from theoccumancy and use of The University Club by the guests, contractors that are presentat the function. Such payment shall be due upon submission of the invoice by TheUniversity Club.
