SUBJECT: Cancellation of Solicitation W912D1-13-R-0003
1. After careful consideration and consultation with legal counsel, I havedetermined that it is in the best interest of the United States ArmyContracting Command Southwest AsiaKuwait (the Army) to cancelSolicitation number W912D-13-R-0003.
2. On 13 Feb 2013, I cancelled the solicitation. The Army intends toevaluate its requirements and possibly issue a new solicitation toaccurately reflect its needs.
3. The point of contact for this memorandum is the undersigned.
