Project Merlin

YPO Next Generation (YNG) brings the DNA of YPO to the young adult children (ages 18-30) of members through local oerings, groups, forums, and mentoring. YNG+, an additional opportunity, oers enhanced virtual connections, learning, career, and safe haven experiences to YNGers on a global level. Both are platforms to develop professional and personal leadership abilities and skills. Shark Tank builds on the momentum of the Merlin Project, which helps YNG+ members develop their entrepreneurial business ideas. We will showcase a select group of YNG+ members with disruptive and innovative business ideas that can capitalise on the opportunities presented by The Other Billion. For Summit participants, this is an only-in-YPO chance to be the very first to see these business ideas and possibly get involved. Truly a win-win opportunity!
