Role: Title of CEO, President or equivalent and operational leader of qualifying company.

Volume: Gross annual sales of US$8M (US$6M for agency-type); US$160M assets for financial institution; or US$10M enterprise value.

Payroll: 50 full-time employees or >$1M compensation excluding candidate.
