WebTech History

• Historically part of central IT under ATUS

• Homepage design of 2010-2011 merged marketing, design, and technology groups in cross-campus design team

• After homepage launched the web services group became an independent department, Web Communication Technologies, bridging technology and marketing, but reporting to marketing (Steve Swan).

• We still serve the central campus and produce tools for everyone to use.

• JIRA ticketing service: tickets, agile boards, and year-end metrics

• Forms project for surveys and contact forms for static websites
