EMINEMTo the right hand side there is a small amount of T-shirts of Eminem on which has his nickname, “Slimshady”. They are simple tops and hoodies at which advertise Eminem. I like the fact that they have a small amount of information such as the SOLD OUT. This is something we are likely to do on our website. We are likely to have Limited, New and Sold out on our website. This is Eminem’s latest store which gets updated regularly at which some link to the latest music. You have to hover over the clothing item on this store to find the price and more information.

WIZ KHALIFATo the right and below there is a small selection from a huge store which Wiz himself has. This is because he is a well known star, he has more clothing items as he is more likely to get sales from hardcore fans. It has the price and detailed information shown straight away. I personally prefer this style because the brief information makes it easier than clicking on the all details page which sometimes doesn’t load on some websites. There is a wider range of items in this store that ranges from hoodies, T-shirts, vest, shorts and wiz ping pong set. This is something which I feel would look good on our website, a variety of different items will be good.

MAC MILLER

This is Mac millers latest store on his website, there is a variety of different clothing items at which appeal to both men and women. On the right hand side in the orange oval, Mac miller is advertising one of him albums as it had the album cover on the front of the top. This is something that we are likely going to do for our merchandise, advertising our front album cover on a T-shirt or Mug. You have to hover over the items to find out the price and a little more information. I think that our website would look better with the information and price on the page straight away.

SCHOOLBOY Q

This is Schoolboy Q’s latest store at which has a black background. This links well with his latest album Oxymoron. There is a variety of different items including T-shirts, Hoodies and Hats. There is also a mystery box which includes 4 random items. On the website itself you have to hover over the items to find out slightly more information and the price. After seeing a variety of different layouts, the majority of websites are unique to the style of the artist. Schoolboy Q has his own personal items. There is a logo on the front of the hoodies, this is something we could look to create for our website. Schoolboy Q is a big artist however he a unique artist and likes to be different from the rest.

YELAWOLFThis is Yelawolf’s latest store at which has a variety of products, including his logo stickers. The yelawolf shirts are being modelled by different people. I personally dislike this as I feel if anyone should be modelling his clothing items it should be yelawolf himself.

Also the black and white image of the models does not really show the full effect of the shirts. The store is easy to use and it has good headings above each sub category. His own personal logo is effective as it advertises the yelawolf brand itself. They have detailed information and the price of the products provided and you don’t have to hover over each item to find out more.

ASAP ROCKY

ASAP Rocky is a huge worldwide artist and he has a very large store. On all of his clothing items he has his label of ASAP on each individual item. The store is very expensive, we need to make sure that our price is correct otherwise it does not look realistic. He has his album on his store which has not been in any of the above store website. He has a variety of items in his store which has over 100+ products. You have to hoevr over each item to find out more information aswell as the price.

PROFESSOR GREENThis is professor green’s latest store which heavily advertises his latest album. Different photo shots such as the album front cover is on the t-shirts. Professor green in his store advertises to women which no other artist above have done on there website, by having a ladies t-shirt available to buy. Also on his store he has him album which you can buy straight from the store itself, this is something we are going to have on our webtsite store. There is already detailed information easily accessible such as the price. The layout of the store I like as it has professor green in the background rather than a dull plain black or white background.
