Webinars Signal Integrity Journal webinars are an engaging, measurable and cost-effective way to reach industry professionals.

We provide the platform, promotion and moderator and you get the full contact information for all of those who signed up for the live event and those who viewed it on-demand for up to six months after the event in our archives.

Sponsor-Provided Content Webinar: Sponsor provides content, slides, speaker. SIJ produces and promotes the webinar. Sales leads delivered to sponsor.

SIJ-Provided Content Webinar Sponsorship (non exclusive): SIJ provides content, slides, speaker, and moderator; produces and promotes the webinar. Sponsor provides logo and 1 PPT slide with company-specific talking points for moderator. Sales leads delivered to sponsor.

All packages include:

• SIJ staff to moderate the webinar

• Promotion on signalintegrityjournal.com

• Minimum of four promo emails sent to the SIJ list

• Promotion in SIJ’s Weekly eNewsletter in the eLearning section

Webinar Deliverables: In order to give your webinar four weeks of promotion, deliverables are due six weeks prior to the date of your live event. Please submit all deliverables to Jaclyn Seigal at jseigal@signalintegrityjournal.com and CC your SIJ Sales Rep.

Deliverables for a Sponsor-Provided Content Webinar:

• Webinar title• Abstract• Speaker info (name, email, job title, bio, headshot)

Our webinar platform (ON24) enables us to have the speaker bio(s) present in the viewing area during the live event. If the speaker(s) would like their Twitter, LinkedIn or email provided to the audience with the rest of their bio, include with the other deliverables.

• Optional: Up to 4 custom registration questions (we have standard ones that will be added as well)• As much info as possible on the event itself -- will there be a live demo, how many speakers will there be, do you intend to run

a poll...etc.• Names/email addresses or contacts aside from the speakers that should be invited to the live event as a panelist• Copy of sponsor logo• URL the event audience should be directed to visit as a resource• Final PowerPoint presentations are due 1 week prior to the live event. Please use 16:9 aspect ratio

(widescreen) for the slides.
