Credit Card Payments with the Payeezy Hosted Payment Page 

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania has entered into an agreement with Santander Merchant Services powered by First Data to 

provide payment processing services.  eCommerce payment data will now be collected and transmitted by First Data’s Payeezy 

Hosted Payment page. 

When you make a credit card payment in WebDriller, you will be temporarily redirected to the Payeezy site for secure 

processing of your credit card.  You will then be directed back to the WebDriller site, where you will see the confirmation of your 

payment and be able to download and print your receipts as in the past. 

Logging In 

Open https://www.webdrillersecure.dcnr.state.pa.us in the Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox browser (this site has a known 

issue displaying reports in Internet Explorer).  Log in using your Log In and Password.

    

Renewing a Driller License 

Log in to https://www.webdrillersecure.dcnr.state.pa.us with your Log In and Password. Click “New or Renew Driller License” 

  

Open the Signatures tab and check the Electronic Signature box near the bottom of the page. 

  

   

Open the Summary tab and click Process payment near the bottom of the page. 

  

Your payment will consist of $60 for the license renewal and $20 per rig.  Click the “Check Out” button. 

    

You will be redirected to the Payeezy Gateway page to process your credit card.  Each rig you entered will be listed as a separate 

line item, with the total dollar amount shown at the bottom.  Enter your credit card number and Expiry Date in “MMYY” format 

and click the “Pay With Your Credit Card” button. 

  

When your transaction completes, you will be redirected to a page on https://www.webdrillersecure.dcnr.state.pa.us/ that 

displays and order confirmation and a printable receipt, as well as a link to a page where you can print all your driller’s license 

and rig permits. 

    

An email notification summarizing the order, with a copy of the receipt, will be sent to the email address specified on the driller 

account. 

    

Adding a New Rig Permit 

Proceed to the Main Menu by clicking the Main Menu link near the upper left hand corner of the page, then click the “Add a rig 

(mid‐year)” icon on the menu page. 

  

Complete all required fields and click the “Add Rig” button. 

  

This will cause the rig information you entered to populate a grid below the data entry controls.  Add as many additional rigs as 

you like by repeating the previous step.  When you are finished entering rigs, click the “Checkout” button.

line item, with the total dollar amount shown at the bottom.  Enter your sample credit card number and Expiry Date in “MMYY” 

format and click the “Pay With Your Credit Card” button.

displays and order confirmation and a printable receipt, as well as a link to a page where you can print all your driller’s license 

and rig permits.
