Wild Vibrant Yogi Deborah Curtis 250hr Teacher TrainingCOURSE OBJECTIVE & COURSE MODULES (1-7)
Course Objectives Trainees will become knowledgeable in Hatha Vinyasa Yoga and have a basic
understanding of various styles of yoga including, Ashtanga, Power Vinyasa, Sivananda, Anusara, & Restorative Yoga.
Trainees will understand the Pedagogy of Yoga. Trainees will skillfully learn the art of observation and adjustments in asana. Trainees will become knowledgeable about the history and its many roots of
philosophy and traditional yoga. Trainees will learn Sanskrit sufficiently enough to run through a Hatha
Vinyasa beginner or mixed level class. Trainees will be able to teach beginners or mixed level classes based on
alignment vinyasa sequences incorporating all the core subjects. Trainees will be able to teach basic meditation and pranayama techniques
during their led class. Trainees will have an in-depth understanding of A & P. Trainees will have a basic understanding of the Chakras & the Subtle Energy
Field. Trainees will become knowledgeable in the fundamentals of business and
marketing yoga, including using social platforms. How to use music successfully. Trainees will learn to teach from their authentic self, to deliver the class
confidently, with mindfulness, clear communication and creative self-expression.
