Reading: This week in reading students will be reviewing character traits, point of view and how the character’s actions led to the sequence of events.

In language we are studying fractions with not and linking verbs.

Math: In math students will learn that fractions are formed when a whole is partitioned into equal parts and continue to work 2 step word problems.Students are also learning to partition number lines into equal parts.

Science: Heredity and Diversity (Living and Non-Living things)

Social Studies: Locate the prime meridian, equator, Tropic of Capricorn, Tropic of Cancer, International Date Line, and lines of latitude and longitude on maps and globes.

Spelling Words

Will have new spelling words next week.
