Scoil Naomh Eltin Home-School Assignments Class Level: 4 th Class B (Ms Roberts) Week Beginning: Monday 30 th of March Dear 4 th Class B, I hope you and your families are keeping well. I am missing you all very much. With the work bank this week I’ve tried to establish a normal school routine where possible, continuing on with our spellings and tables. I don’t want anybody to feel under pressure as I understand that people have their own challenges to face. This work bank is just a guide and you can choose what works for your family, so please do not feel under any pressure to complete everything. Just do what you can. Don’t worry if you have left a particular copy or book in school. You can use a different copy/piece of paper to complete activities or move onto an activity you can complete. Work with what you have. Those of you who do complete spelling tests and any projects I’ve set will be rewarded when we return to school with stickers, pom poms and homework passes. Again, like last week, there are some fun challenges and competitions available for you to complete/enter as you wish. Your hard work will definitely be acknowledged when we return as I know how hard it can be trying to remain disciplined during this time. Well done to all of you so far. You are doing so well and keep up the hard work. I hope you all have a lovely Easter! Below is a list of optional challenges and if you scroll down your weekly work bank is underneath. Home-School Assignments

Class Level: 4th Class B (Ms Roberts)

Week Beginning: Monday 30th of March

Dear 4th Class B,

I hope you and your families are keeping well.

Take care of yourselves and stay safe,

Ms Roberts

March 30th to April 3rd Optional Challenges

PE: Have a go at Joe Wicks PE classes that are on every morning live on YouTube at 9.30am. Here is a link to his PE playlist–a fun30 minute lesson.

SPHE Challenge: Start (or continue to keep) a diary of you and your family’s experience during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Record your observations, thoughts and feelings each day in your copybook. Choose one copybook to keep all your diary entries in and be sure to date each diary entry. These will be used to create a class book when we return. Diary entries don’t need to be long –just a few sentences each day. They are really interesting to read back over when you have a few weeks’ worth built up. If you’re not sure what to write News2day could give you some ideas.
