Experience Experience of managing and organising own workload

Experience of working within the voluntary sector

Minimum of 3-5 years relevant experience of working with children aged 2, 3 and 4 yearsCompetent ICT Skills, using MS Office package such as Outlook and WordExperience of supervising staff Budgeting & handling cash

Experience of developing and using administrative systemsProven Strong Leadership skills

Knowledge & Abilities

Working knowledge of Ofsted requirements, the EYFS and other quality indicators.

Knowledge and experience of the Bristol Standards
