An adverb is a word that describes an action verb. An adverb can describe how an action happens.

example: Jason quickly read the book. How did Jason read? Quickly.

An adverb can describe when an action happens.

Add Interest with SynonymsSynonyms are two words that mean the same or nearly the same as each other. You can use synonyms for over-used or “tired” words in your writing to add interest to what you are saying.
