We will be using the following pipework:Assembly & Installation:
All pipework will be fabricated off site and installed on site to a construction issued pre-fabrication drawing. All pipework is fabricated with identification numbers for ease of identification when installing and to reduce installation time.
Pipe weights are as follows:
Maintenance:
Quarterly Checks - Pipework should be checked for corrosion in accessible areas and to gauge the overall integrity of the pipework.
Testing
All pipework will be pressure tested to the following pressures as per BS EN 12845
15 Bar or 1.5 times the working pressure (whichever is higher) for 2 hours.
