2016-2017 CLUB APPLICATION

In order for a student club to be chartered, the club must submit a Faculty Adviser Contract with the Club Chartered Status Application. The following are required components of the contract between the Faculty Adviser and the club. The adviser must:

1. Stay informed about the activities of the club. 2. Maintain contact with a designated officer at least once a month. 3. Request meetings of the executive board when he/she believes it is necessary. 4. Attend club meetings when possible.5. Help contribute to club events and campus wide promotion.3. Take an active part in the orderly transition of responsibilities between old and new officers.
