We started our academic session in the month of April with lots of hope and aspirations, we continued to do so.

The second quarter (July, August, September) witnessed lots of academic and fun filled activities at school. The month of July and August have been equally eventful for the students. A series of activities were organized to enhance and develop their all-round skills.

FIRST TERM EXAM

The First Term Exam are being conducted in the month of September. The students look forward to the exams with enthusiasm and it is evident by their level of preparation and confidence .

We wish good luck to all the students for their forth-coming exams and may they succeed with flying colors.

The students of Grade III Dove put up a splendid assembly on "Monsoon Mania" on July 07'2017 welcoming the beautiful season as a gift of God to us. This season revives our souls and humankind and fills the surroundings with the

beauty of fresh greenery. To acknowledge this blessed gift of God, the enthusiastic students presented a dance cherishing the Rainy Season. They also presented various problems faced in monsoon and their remedies.

Mahotsava

The students of III Goldcrest conducted

morning Assembly on Van Mahotsava on

21st July ’17. They apprised the students

of Grade I to III about the importance of

trees through the slogans, poem and

dance drama. All the students took a

pledge that they would take care of trees

as well as plant more trees.

VAN MAHOTSAVA Poster making Competition

To creat awareness amongst students about the importance of growing trees

and ill effects of cutting trees, a Poster Making and Slogan Writing

competition was organized for the students of Grade I,II,III . The students

showcased their perception through creativity on canvas .

They expressed the need of planting and nurturing trees by writing beautiful

slogans on “SAVE TREES” and“VAN MAHOTSAVA”.

These slogans gave the message that trees

are one of the best method to limit

Global warming

and

Diminish pollution.

To commemorate the historical victory of the Indian Armed Forces during the 1999

Kargil War the students of (III- Hornbill) MVN Aravali Hills conducted an assembly

on 28th July,’17 on the occasion of Kargil Vijay Divas with solemnity and dignity in

the school auditorium.

An expressive speech was presented to throw light on Kargil War. Children paid

tribute to the valour of Indian Soldiers by reciting a beautiful poem.

Keeping up the patriotic fervor, the students presented a dance performance

depicting the indomitable spirit, which always kept the soldiers going.

India is a country where every festival is celebrated with great enthusiasm. Janamashtami is also one of the biggest festival. Students of II-Bluejay presented the assembly and the show began with avtars (incarnation) of Lord Vishnu. Thereafter, the students sang bhajan and musical play based on Janamashtami was shown. They depicted the following scenes:- Krishna Janam, Maakhan Chori, Deva uddhar, Kaalia mardan, Gopi dance & Dahi Haandi.

Krishna was born in Mathura and spent his childhood in

Varidavan. To celebrate the auspicious occasions of Janamashtami.

The students of Grade –I came dressed up as lovely Radhas and

enchanting Krishnas.

They made beautiful flutes. The students of Grade-II and III mad e

creative dahi handis.

A Shloka Recitation Competition was organized for the

students of Grade III. They recited shloka from Bhagwad Gita. The

students of Grade –II participated in the Bhajan singing

competition. They sang melodious bhajans based on Lord Krishna.

Their involvement in the competition at such a tender age was

worth applauding.

CELEBRATONS

A special assembly was held to mark

India’s 70th Independence Day on

11th August 2017. The assembly began

with the Morning Prayer followed by a

patriotic song. The students shared

valuable information on Independence

Day and recited a beautiful Hindi

poem. To keep alive the flame of

patriotism, the students performed a

patriotic dance that awakened

everyone’s feeling towards their

motherland. A patriotic fervor was

visible on the innocent faces of the

budding citizens of tomorrow.

The students of Grade –I,II,III celebrated

Independence Day with lot of zeal and enthusiasm.

The air was filled with partriotism as the students

and teachers wore beautiful tri-colour badges made

by them.

assembly on Ganesh

Chaturthi on 18.08.17.To begin

the assembly, the students

presented a devotional song

to invoke lord Ganesha. This

was followed by a play

depicting the story of Ganesh

Chaturthi. To conclude the

students presented an

enthralling dance on the song

“GANPATI BAPPA MORYA”

The excellent performance

of students was appreciated

by all.

The students of II Dove presented the morning

assembly on 1st Sept., 2017. The theme of the

assembly was 'Swachhtha". The assembly began

with the Morning Prayer followed by poem, thought

for the day, quotes on swachhtha & energetic dance

performance by the students.

It was an interactive assembly. The students

highlighted the importance of swachhtha in our

lives. The assembly concluded with the pledge

taken by all.

TEACHERS- THE TORCH BEARERS OF GEN-NEXT

Teachers’s Day was celebrated with great fervour and

enthusiasm at MVN Aravali Hills. The students

of Grade II Egret presented a memorable assembly

on this occasion. The assembly on this occasion. The

assembly started with a tribute to Sarvepalli

Radhakrishan . It was followed by dance, skit and

song dedicated exclusively to teachers. The teachers

were overwhelmed with their performances . The school

Principal , Mrs Neeta Arora congratulated all the

teachers on Teachers’s Day.
