Causing a stir at London Fashion Week

We organised a protest, #GrowUpLFW, to campaign against age discrimination on the catwalks at LFW. With the average age of models at LFW being 17, our five models over the age of 45, including former models Jilly Johnson (63) and Janie Felstead (65), challenged this and called for a wider use of older models on the runway.

Launching a short film

The New F Word, an inspiring short film featuring incredible women over 50 was created to prove age has no limits. The film, launched as part of the brand's AW16 campaign, features the world’s oldest skydiver, a 101 year old designer, a model who began her career at 54 and more. Disrupting beauty conventions

We identified an area which Superdrug could own – beauty for black and Asian women. Working with the commercial team we challenged the beauty industry to serve all women and launched the #ShadesOfBeauty campaign. June Sarpong was appointed head of the campaign, hosting in store events and a panel event. Mary Portas covered the campaign for Channel 4.
