KARL MAYER presents a new generation of TEXTRONIC® Lace machines, ideal for producing narrow galloons, all-over fabrics with small repeats and predominantly intended for working fabrics for ladies’ outerwear.

The successful series of KARL MAYER TEXTRONIC® Multibar Jacquard Lace machines has now been expanded to include three new machines, providing all the well-known and appreciated characteristics of TEXTRONIC® lace fabrics.

Heavy three-dimensional pattern effects, worked with expressive fancy yarns and combined with striking jacquard net struc-tures, unite to create elegant all-over fabrics for ladies’ outerwear but also tasteful lace galloons for ladies’ intimate apparel.

Proven technical components lead to higher effi ciency and an improved price-perform-ance ratio. Well-tried equipment such as Piezo Jacquard system, electronic guide bar control EL, electronic fabric take-up, batching device and control computer with Ethernet interface guarantees best reliabil-ity and low maintenance for the production of sophisticated lace fabrics.
