The cross-pollination between WALFiLii and

Corten steel is a copper, nickel, chromium

and zinc alloy weather steel with the

same strength as other metals such as

stainless steel. The reactive patina period

takes approximately one to six months,

depending on climate and location. If you

want pre-weathered products, we can

speed up the patina period artificially.

highest quality.

WALFiLii fire plates are manufactured

from high-quality COR-TEN® A in

three to four millimetre, available in

five sizes. They come equipped with a

five-centimetre support to keep them

from being placed directly on the

floor. You can also put the plate on a

twenty- to eighty-centimetre support

base to prevent heating the floor and

give it the appearance of a floating

object. Your WALFiLii fire plate is

durable and requires no maintenance.

Use dry wood to prevent excess

smoke and clean the ashes after each

use. It’s as simple as that.

BEAUTIFUL BOX TREES

Box plants are lush, elegant and dense shrubs with

aromatic foliage to the ground. They love living in

planters and can be pruned into intricate or ornamental

shapes: clouds, balls, pyramids, columns, hedges and

shrubs. Buxus sempervirens is the most popular variety,

but there are many other beautiful species out there.

The Sempervirens Rotundifolia is a vigorous branched

shrub with nearly round leaves – great for hedging,

topiary and as a specimen shrub. The Sempervirens

Elegantissima is a picturesque slow to medium growing

shrub with dark green cream bordered leaves. And

the Handworthiensis is a bushy upright shrub with a

southern look

• Only use high-quality potting soil with sufficient fertilizer. Coated fertilizers provide prolonged

nutrient release during six to nine months for healthy plant growth.

• Ensure good drainage – few plants can tolerate sitting in stagnate water. It is better to add

fresh water regularly. WALFiLii can integrate an automatic drip-watering system in your plant

container.

• Depending on the size of your containers, we recommend you root-prune your plants and change

the soil every five years so they will live much longer.

• Prune your box plants on shady days. When the leaves are wet, you don’t get any deposit on the

blades. Make sure to clean and disinfect your garden tools after usage.

• When planting in the summer, you need to water your box plant several times a week.

WATER FEATURES

WATER BASIN

Are you looking to integrate water in your

garden with minimal maintenance? WALFiLii

water features are the perfect alternative for

a traditional pond: beautiful, versatile and

affordable.

The waterproof steel containers receive a

special treatment to make them UV resistant

and colourfast – the height of durability. The

thickness of the rims is six to twenty centimetres,

according to your preference. Narrow, wide,

with a difference in height – there are plenty of

options to choose from.

Do you love the soothing sound of a fountain?

We can equip your container with a water pump

that makes the water flow over a flat plate. And

as the water is shallow, your WALFiLii water

element is childproof too – always a bonus.

Your low-maintenance WALFiLii water basin in steel

is welded watertight. The top plate has one or more

holes for a fountain or water spray that operates on a

closed system. Since the water falls back to the basin,

no water supply is needed. A nearby power source is

all you need to enjoy your fountain. The power cord is

embedded invisibly at the bottom. The water feature

consists of two elements: a basin and a top plate.

The WALFiLii pond in steel is welded watertight. Fill

it up with aquatic plants or fish to create your own

miniature pond bustling with activity. We can also add

a fountain to enjoy the burbling bliss of tranquil water.

WALFiLii also provides a retaining wall around

MONOCHROMES – ENERGISE WITH TEXTURE

A monochromatic planter is filled with plants in the same colour, with variations in lightness and saturation. It may not sound sparkling, but by

using different shades, leaves and textures, the result will be visually appealing and balanced. Monochromatic colours give the impression of

simplicity and cleanliness – the height of elegance.

Warm tones such as red, orange and yellow appear closer, while their cool counterparts –blue, purple, silver and white – do exactly the opposite:

they visually recede. If you put your planter at the far end of your garden or terrace, it will appear bigger.

WHITE GOES WITH EVERYTHING
