I. Situation Analysis Herbfarm is offering a product that may be accepted by a vast market,
especially in modern time where daily vitamins and minerals are simply ingested in one tablet.
Stakeholders, in this day and age, invest in products they truly believe in. In order to not let them down, businesses often create an organized and trust-worthy environment.
II. Problem Although it has great potential, brand is not focusing on a specific
target marketi. “The packaging has be made to look very plain so it can
apply to any and all buyers in any and all market categories.“
Firm has management problems.i. “there is no clear designation for each member. All the
members are opinionated entrepreneurs, and this makes it difficult to quickly arrive at decisions regarding unified business and brand directions.“
Which benefit of the product to be communicated first: shouldn’t be by vote system per se
Chosen technique of the sales people: “Hard sell”
III. Strategic Alternative Management should make a more holistic approach on their business
process Brand should focus on a more specific target market Brand should focus on only one or two benefits of the product
i. This is to further narrow down the target market Brand may also expand into a product line, not just one product
i. Endurance pill, Sexual pill, etcii. these may all essentially be the same pill, but by giving them
specific names/marketing them separately they target specific target markets
