ProcessVrWeld features many different types of fusion welding processessuch as GMAW, TIG, Arc Welding, Laser or Electron Beam Weldingas well as tack welding, grinding and clamping.

GeometryVrWeld can handle any 3D geometry from CAD-systems using STLformat. In addition, VrWeld imports existing meshes.

MeshingThe meshing is the job of VrWeld. Special tools allow rapidmeshing of single and multipass filler material.

Materials DataVrWeld uses precise, temperature-dependent material dataincluding multi-phase material model considering metallurgicaltransformations for low alloy steels. The material database providestemperature dependent properties a wide range of aluminum andsteel types.
