Location, Communication and Leisure OpportunitiesVN Residence 3 is located on one of Jomtien’s best locations centrally placed within the Prathumnak area. Translated from Thai language Prathumnak means “The Royal Palace”. The area got this name because the Royal Family has a Residence here. This is the most fashionable and quiet area in the whole Pattaya/ Jomtien region. The nicest beach in Jomtien is only a few steps away.

If you are a “golfer” you have at least 10 golf courses within an area of only approximately 1 hour’s drive from the Residence and many more in the surrounding areas.
