VN Residence 1 is located on one of Jomtien’s best locations cen-trally placed within the Prathum-nak area. Translated from Thai language Prathumnak means “The Royal Palace”. The area got this name because the Royal Family has a Residence here. This is the most fashionable and quiet area in the whole Pattaya/ Jomtien region.
