A multimedia production for a fundraiser benefiting a Women’s Literacy Project in Nebbe, Uganda. ( researched and photographed a large collection of jewelry and wrote about techniques for detecting collectible costume jewelry; put it in a powerpoint presentation that included period music and art.)

2003 I had my class “adopt” a young homeless couple. They rallied and bought clothing, toys and food for the baby and household items

2002 Raised 7,000 dollars in November for a women’s Women’s Literacy Project in Nebbe, Uganda using a multimedia production that I developed. I Chaired the committee comprised of a co-chair and women from various parts of San Antonio.

2003/1999Served as superintendent of Christian Education.

1999 Developed a modular Sunday school curriculum for all grade levels that featured interactive bible lessons, a video center, a listening station, computerized bible lessons, a bible cooking center, and a bible arts and crafts center.

1999 Designed a community computer center for an Eastside neighborhood. Raised money to buy computers, developed a curriculum, purchased computers, supplies and teaching materials. I secured and organized teachers to teach computer classes for senior citizens.
