VISIONAPARTMENTS Berlin features a preferred location directly in the downtown buzzing centre of Alexanderplatz. Just minutes away from your residence stands Germany’s highest building – Fernsehturm, Berlin’s televi-sion tower. The area on and around “Alex” is also home to several bars, res-taurants, art, and culture – enough to fill countless evenings and weekends. A bit further north lies Bötzowviertel and Winsviertel, two of the most popular urban neighbourhoods in the Prenzlauer Berg quarter. Heading west from the VISIONAPARTMENTS building is the Scheunenviertel. This area is known for its many galleries and art collections. The Hackescher Markt and its whimsical inner courtyards providing the perfect destination is just a few minutes away from Alexanderplatz. Across the river is the Museumsinsel from which Berlin’s historic centre is located to the south. Together, all these facets result in an atmosphere that places history and modernity closer alongside one another than virtually any other city in the world.

VISION’s architects have succeeded in pouring a great deal of passion into the design of our four different interior concepts: St. Moritz, Ibiza, LED, and Crazy China. Custom arranged and coordinated right down to the last millimetre, these designs give all of our apartments their own distinct character. The key quality lies not just in the beautiful interiors but also in the exquisite materials and precise workmanship.
