SECURE PAYMENT FOR

TOURIST & VISIT VISAS

Visa Services Canada, Inc. is pleased to offer the most secure means of payment available in

Canada for the processing of your tourist or your visit visa. This is the mandatory payment form.

As of January 2017 tourist/visit clients must pay by e-transfer. Credit card is no longer accepted.

INTERAC e-Transfer ®

Interac e-Transfer is a funds transfer service between personal and business

accounts at Canadian banks and other financial institutions. You do not have to

provide any account details or even a credit card number to our company.

Our staff never see any of your account details when you use an e-transfer method

of payment. You deal only with your bank or financial institutions to make

payment in a totally secure environment right from your home or office.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Fill in the entire visa application form, including the VSC cover page above, and send it

to our office by courier or e-mail as applicable.

2. Our professional staff review your application and determine the total payment (including

taxes and shipping) to be made by you.

3. Our staff send you an e-mail detailing the full and final charges. This email will

contain all the instructions for making the e-transfer. It will include the e-mail and

security codes, and step-by-step instructions for you.

4. You, or a friend or relative acting on your behalf, make the e-transfer to VSC for all the

visa processing charges and fees.

5. It takes about 30 minutes for the bank to send the e-transfer notification to our office.

We then receive the funds and can then pay the embassy on your behalf. Payment must be

received before the embassy can be approached with your application.

YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS

Applicants MUST provide at least one (1) working and monitored e-mail address on the VSC

cover page so that our staff can contact you with details of the payment. Please provide two.

An application form without a typed correct and monitored e-mail address cannot be processed.

Applicants who respond immediately are assisted first. Applicants who do not respond within

three days (72 hours) will have their applications cancelled and their passports prepared for

return. Failure to respond promptly may result in you missing your journey.

TOURIST VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR CHINA

TOURIST �L� VISA - original passport, valid for at least 6 months after return to Canada, with at least two blank pages, - plus one copy of the data page of the passport, - if your passport was issued on or later than 1 January 2015, you must contact us prior to shipping. - one (1) fully completed TYPED and signed visa application. Empty space must say �N/A�. - one (1) recent professional passport colour ID photograph, white background, no head cover. - return air e-tickets must be provided. Cruise ship booking forms/ itineraries are required if by sea.

- (a) hotel bookings, or, (b) an Invitation Letter for Tourists listing all hotels.(a) HOTEL Proof of hotel booking(s) of the Chinese hotel(s) in your name must be provided for alldays you are staying in China. Hotel bookings must show the name of each person applying for a visa(b) INVITATION LETTER FOR TOURISTS Invitation Letter for Tourist issued by an office or individual in China.

- Students & teachers must include a statement in box 3.7: �I, (your full legal name), am a (teacheror student). I am visiting China as a tourist and while in China I will obey all the Chinese laws.�

- Religious personages must include a statement in box 3.7. ��I, (your full legal name), am a (priest,etc). I am visiting China and I will not engage in any activities relating to religion during my stay inChina, and I will obey all the Chinese laws.�

- CHINESE PERSONS: First-time application by children of Chinese descent born outside Chinarequire the birth certificate with parents' names, valid foreign passport or permanent resident card ofone of the parents (both in the original and photocopies). People born in China must provide theirChinese passport for cancelling by the embassy.

MINORS (persons under the age of 18 years) Only parents can sign an application for a minor. Bothparents sign in both signature blocks (boxes 4 and 5). This is a total of four signatures.

NON-CANADIAN APPLICANTS: must provide these additional documents: - copy of both sides of Permanent Resident Card - current bank statement in your name.

INVITATION LETTER- For visiting family members for up to 180 days, the following documents are required:

(1) A photocopy of the inviting party�s non-Chinese passport and visa and residence permit. (3 items)(2) An typed and signed invitation formal business letter from the invitor. It must contain:a) Information of the applicant (incl. full name, gender, date of birth, all passport details, etc.);b) Information regarding the visit (incl. purpose of visit, arrival and departure dates, place(s) to be visited, relationshipbetween the applicant and the inviting party, and details of any financial support to be provided during the stay in China); c) Information of the inviting parties (incl. name, contact telephone number, address, signature ).(3) Original and photocopy of certification (marriage certificate, birth certificate or notarizedcertification of kinship) showing the relationship of family members between applicants and invitor."Family members" refers to spouses, parents, sons, daughters, spouses of sons or daughters, brothers,sisters, grandparents, grandsons, granddaughters and parents-in-law.(4) Copies of the invitors� Canadian passport with Chinese visa, and Chinese residency permit.

LONG TERM STAYS (more than 180 days)- applicants must provide documentary proof of relationship.- The name and full legal contact information of your Chinese invitor must be provided.

INVITATION LETTER- An invitation letter provided by a Chinese citizen or a foreign citizen with a Chinese permanent

residence permit to live in China. The invitation letter must contain:(1) An invitation letter provided by a Chinese citizen or a foreign citizen with a Chinese permanentresidence permit to live in China. The invitation letter should contain:

a) Information of the applicant (incl. full name, gender, date of birth, all passport details, etc.);b) Information regarding the visit (incl. purpose of visit, intended arrival date, intended place(s) to stay, intendedduration of stay, relationship between the applicant and the inviting party, details of any financial support to beprovided during the stay in China);c) Information of the inviting party (incl. name, contact telephone number, address, signature).

WARNING - PREVIOUS PASSPORTS

The Embassy of the People's Republic of China requires that all persons seeking a Chinese visa of anytype provide their previous (old / cancelled) passport, in addition to their current valid signed passportwith the application package.

1)The new rules state that if your current valid signed passport was issued on or later than 1 January 2015,you must provide the original of your previous passport.

2)If you no longer possess the old passport, you must provide a typed and signed original letter explainingwhy you do not have the previous old passport,

3)You must also provide a typed and signed original letter with a full and complete list of all countriesvisited since 01 January 2016 in the following format:�FRANCE - Paris, June 2015, 10 days�"KENYA - Nairobi, January 2016, 5 days""USA - Chicago, April 2016, 1 day"

All three requirements are mandatory.

Any application without the second passport, or the letters, will be automatically rejected by theChinese visa officers across Canada.

Both passports will be returned to the applicant upon completion of the visa processing.

ITINERARY LETTER FROM INDIVIDUAL TOURISTSMay 2018

The Embassy of the People's Republic of China has enhanced their security requirementsand is now demanding extra documentation from individual tourists. This refers to peoplewho are not on group tours, but who have booked their own air and hotels on their own asseparate items and are not on package tours.

The embassy is now demanding a signed document from each person --- essentially anitinerary for each day you are in China.

Your letter should be in point form showing a line for each date you are in China. Each linemust show date, city, hotel name, and planned activity. Keep it brief and easy to read. Donot write an essay.

09 January 2019, Beijing, arrive PEK airport from Canada on Air Canada.

10 January 2019, Beijing, The Peninsula Beijing, visit Great Wall and Forbidden City.

11 January 2019, Beijing - Xian, overnight train to Xian.
