REGISTRATION

Clicking the Registration button from the Virtuoso Voyages Benefits tab of a sailing will open the new Virtuoso Voyages Registration wizard.

Step 1 – Advisor Info

• Leads may select the Agency and Advisor

Step 2 – Cruise Info

• Add the following:

o Cabin Number (GTY if cruise line has not yet assigned a cabin)

o Group Number (N/A if no group number)

o Booking Number

o Custom Embark/Disembark dates if applicable (Only if passenger is deviating from published dates)

Step 3 – Passenger Info

• Add the following information for each passenger – you may register up to 4 people in the cabin (repeat steps for each passenger)

o First Name

o Last Name

o Passenger Residence

o Passenger Age Range

o Dinner Seating

o Cruised Before

o Virtuoso Voyages Benefit(s)

o Passenger Remarks

o Passport Information if an event was selected in Russia, Vietnam or Jordan

• Citizenship

• Date of Birth

• Passport Number

• Passport Issue Date

• Passport Expire Date

MANAGE VIRTUOSO VOYAGES REGISTRATIONS

• Under the Advisor Tools menu, select Manage Virtuoso Voyages Registrations to access the registra-tions you are allowed to manage.

• Select the applicable criteria to narrow your search results and click Search

• Click the View button in search results to view/edit the registration

• From the registration you can:

o View all registration information

o Edit the registration

• Inside 45 days of departure, you may only be able to select the event

o Print the registration

o Print or email a confirmation letter (enabled only when the Status is Confirmed)
