The Deal• Client will state their recruitment of personnel with details of skills required.• VinRon HR consulting and Advisory will provide clients with resumes of

prospective/short-listed candidates for initial assessment.• Client will provide VinRon, the listed candidates suitable for interview. Client will

interview the candidates and inform VinRon of those found suitable for employment.

• VinRon will strictly abide by the HR ethics and will never refer or poach any Client employees to other companies as prospective candidates or vice versa.

• Payments shall be made by the Client to VinRon within 17 days from the date of joining of the candidate

REMUNERATION % ON ANNUAL GROSS CTC

INR : 1-7 lacs 10 %

INR : 7-15 lacs 12 %

INR : 15 lacs and above 15 %
