This workshop will increase engagement and performance of participants, by equipping them with the capacity and the capability to navigate change, setbacks and complexity.

By providing proactive strategies to help participants avoid burnout, manage stress, say no to things that don’t matter and to lead themselves effectively through continued change, partici-pants will learn:

• The fundamentals of neuroscience and why mindset and attention are pivotal to managing stress and building resilience

• How to distinguish different levels of stress and frameworks for managing this when faced with rejection or pressure

• How to regulate emotions and the way we ‘think, feel and behave’ when faced with adversity • The importance of connection to resilience • Strategies for focusing on progress over perfection

Belinda Brosnan is an expert in influential leadership and the 2015 Telstra Business Women’s Awards Start-Up winner for QLD. She has led strategy for more than 60 well-known brands and has more than 20 years in senior leadership roles including News, Macquarie Bank, Urban Pacific, AVJennings and Mirvac.

Belinda is passionate about mindset, influence and leadership and works with teams and leaders tochallenge their thinking and focus so they can collaborate effectively, make better decisions, andbe influential leaders through change and uncertainty.

At Mirvac in Western Australia Belinda was responsible for projects worth more than $1.5 billion inrevenue, 32 direct reports, and budgets in excess of $15 million per annum. Having experienced the unique pressures and challenges such roles can bring, she can genuinely say, “I understand” because she’s been there.

Another integral part of Belinda’s life is her volunteer and global investor role with The Hunger Project Australia. She has led Leadership Immersion programs to Africa for The Hunger Project and is leading another in 2017 for entrepreneurs. She is a professional certified coach (PCC) with the ICF, a Gallup Strengths Certified Coach and graduated with distinction from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
