Rechristened in July-2013 as Veracious Infra Pvt Ltd from Holyplast Packaging Pvt Ltd estd in 1997, to be a

strong, multifaceted, multi-disciplinary and vibrant organization, committed to delighting our customers at

Construction projects through innovations.

We strive to achieve the highest degree of technical excellence while maintaining the finest standards of business

Vinod is the Managing Director and founder of Veracious group. He possess over 20 years of experience in the management, analysis design, review and construction of significant projects across PAN India. He has extensive experience in project team leadership on a variety of engineering projects including structures in steel, Reinforce concrete, Roads etc. His past role include Project and Site Management for Mahan Hindalco Industries , M/s Colgate Palmolive (India) Ltd, INBISCO, M/s Hindustan Coca Cola Beverage pvt Ltd, M/s Hindustan Unilever, M/s Ashok Leyland, M/s Keihin Fie Pvt Ltd, Simplex infra. Vinod is respected for “ his hands” on team leadership and for his innovative and effective solutions. His meticulous attention to detail ,excellent communication skills, and proven track record is what made him rise through ranks very quickly . In 2013, Vinod decided it was the natural progression to start his own company.it has grown to where it is today from hardwork , commitment and excellent workmanship , from small projects to high value Contracts.

Not every milestone has to be the "big" . In fact, the more mundane the milestone is the more useful it may be to the project manager in gauging whether the project is on track or whether adjustments need be made to the schedule. Construction process At Veracious, we believe that the success of any

project commences with the understanding individual

strength and the formation of a compatible ,

committed and well structured construction team that

understands the requirements and anticipated

outcomes.

Consideration is also given to to the construction

teams ability to function collaboratively within project

control group.

We have all formalized many management processes

into our quality assurance systems inorder to better

integrate and transfer information between disciplines

and group. The Management process commence with

the understanding the works , the achievable

timeframes and the conditions under which the work

are performed. To achieve this we perform the

following activities prior to commencing with the

tender preparation.

- Site Inspection report

- Formal review of the documentation with our

estimating and construction staff.

- Preperation of tender programme to ensure

that the process is tracked and the anticipated

deadlines are managed.

- Construction programme is prepared by

the construction team to fully

comprehend the timeframes, critical

activities, and their interrelationships.

Once the work are procured through tender or

negotiation, we immediately undertake a

Detailed scope of works are agreed and letting

contract commences according to the critical

path and risk requirements.

Weekly internal and subcontract meeting are

held where timeframes are discussed, problem
