∑ Designed Building Mechanical systems for projects through all different phases from schematic design to construction documents of various projects like Shopping Malls, Education Institute, Hospitals, Pharmaceutical, Commercial Buildings, Residential buildings etc.

∑ I have designed HVAC systems based, centralized cooling and heating, VAV air distribution systems, constant air volume, VRF / VRV system DX-Split system while maintaining the indoor air quality.

PROJECTS HANDLED

Project 1 – INFOSYS LIMITED.

Location - INDORE, INDIA

Area - 4, 58,000 sqft

Description - This is an office building. After series of Hourly load analysis on the type ofsystem , finally Radiant cooling Technology is used to Air- conditioning. Was able to achieve 800sqft/TR on the overall Built up area. Pre-cooling cooling was used to reduce the overall fresh air load by 50%. Was able to achieve 50% savings compared to a conventional building. It is a LEED platinum rated Building.

Project 2 - Howard Johnson Hotel

Location - Udaipur

Area - 1,58,000 sqft

Description - This is a 5 star rated Hotel building. Water cooled system is proposed forthe building. Followed a unique approach Day and Night load analysis to determine the peak load of design to reduce the High side installed capacity of the building. Was observed that a reduction of 30% of CAPEX compared to a conventional building. Was able to achieve 350sqft/TR . Heat pump Waste cooling is used for fresh air for kitchen. Indirect evaporative cooling was used to reduce the fresh air load.

Project 3 - NMTC

Location - Bangalore

Description - CMTI is establishing a Nano Manufacturing Technology Centre (NMTC)under the Planned Project as a part of Nano Technology Initiative at its existing location in Bangalore. NMTC is being setup with an objective of propagating Nano Manufacturing Technology in Indian industries. Its clean room project. A temperature variation of +-0.1 Deg C has to be maintained. Class 100 project. Water cooled system is proposed for cooling. Heat recovery units are used to reduce the fresh air load.
