TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Minimum 25 pax for all orders.

• Disposable cutleries, crockery, serviettes and thrash bag

provided.

• Beverage for bento / packet / takeaway orders will be assorted

packet drink OR mineral water.

• Price stated are subjected to 7% GST.

• All order should be placed 4 days in advance.

• Delivery charge is at $30 per day unless otherwise stated

• Delivery charge is waived for 100 pax and above unless

otherwise stated.

• Any changes to orders should be done 2 days before the event

date. Otherwise there will be an admin fee of $20 per change.

• KG Catering Pte Ltd reserves the rights to replace any food items

that are not available.

• Delivery charge is at $50 for odd hours catering regardless of

the number of pax (Between 9.00pm to 7.00am – Setup Time)

• Delivery charge is at $50 for all orders on the eve of public

holidays and on public holidays regardless of the number of

pax.

• Additional $20 surcharge per hour for collection after

10.00pm. KG Catering Pte Ltd reserves the rights to decline

late collection request.

• Surcharge of $20 - $80 is applicable for deliveries to venues

without lift landing.

• 50% of Invoice amount is chargeable for cancellation made a

day before the actual event

• 100% of the Invoice amount is chargeable for cancellation

made on the day itself
