Valais media trips Winter 2019/20 Media trip 1: Ski Safari Dates: 20–25 January 2020 (5 nights, 6 days) Participants: max. 10 journalists Destinations: Brig, Aletsch Arena, Lötschental, Nendaz (4 Vallées ski area) and Ovronnaz Highlights: Experiencing the Ski Safari package, accommodation in Brig, ski days in the Aletsch Arena, the Lötschental, Nendaz (4 Vallées ski area) and Ovronnaz, wine tasting and thermal spa. Fitness level: Deadline for registration: 20 December 2019 Media trip 2: The other Valais winter Dates: 2–6 March 2020 (4 nights, 5 days) Participants: max. 10 journalists Destinations: Val d’Anniviers and Région Dents du Midi Highlights: Exploring a glacier grotto, introduction to ice climbing and curling, snowshoeing, relaxing in a thermal spa, tasting traditional dishes such as Val d’Anniviers fondue and Raclette. Fitness level: Deadline for registration: 31 January 2020 Media trip 3: Ski touring in Upper Valais Dates: 20–25 April 2020 (5 nights, 6 days) Participants: max. 10 journalists Destinations: Binntal Nature Park and Obergoms Highlights: 4 days of ski touring with a local guide Fitness level: Technical level: Deadline for registration: 20 March 2020

Valais media trips Winter 2019/20 Media trip 4: Family adventure Dates: Your choice during winter 2019/20 (max. 4 nights, 5 days from December to April) Participants: Individual media trip Destinations: Grächen and Blatten-Belalp Possible activities (your choice): Fairy-tale gondola, family funparks, SiSu’s adventure play zone at a family mountain restaurant, fondue in a gondola, skiing, pizza-baking, riding a piste-grooming machine, treasure hunt, snowtubing, snowbiking, «Witches’ Land» children’s ski area, tobogganing, winter walking, snowshoeing and night skiing.
