3The pay you deserve.

At Medical Solutions, your compensation plan is customizable and among the best in the industry. From housing to benefits, you’ll choose what you want based on your individual priorities and our team of travel experts will maximize your earnings while also keeping your compensation package in line with all industry best practices. The basic elements that make up your pay package include: Outstanding Pay Rates: While it’s standard in the industry for your rate to vary from assignment to assign-ment depending on your specialty, location, and experience, Medical Solutions works to offer our Travelers excellent pay rates as part of your personalized pay package.

Per Diem Allowance: Each assignment may be eligible for a daily non-taxed food allowance.

Paid Travel: Medical Solutions pays you a non-taxed travel stipend to help with the cost of traveling to and from your assignment. If you choose, we are also capable of flying you to your assignment — via plane, of course. Our team has lots of special powers, but no one who can fly so far!

Paid, Private, Fully Furnished, Secure, Pet-Friendly Housing: Choose from one of four furniture packages to tailor your home to your needs. We’ll take care of the rest — including setup and costs for your utilities, plus reimbursement for phone and cable, and covering the pet deposit up front for any fur babies you’ll be bring-ing along. You can rest assured, knowing that we focus on quality, safety, security, and location when choos-ing your housing facilities. Housing stipends are also an incredible option if that works better for you!
