UWinteriM Schedule and Snow Dates

UWinteriM classes are for a maximum of 12 class days, January 2-17, 2013. (WRF, MTWRF, MTWRF).

Snow dates: In the event that the University must cancel classes due to a snow emergency, make-up sessions are pre-planned for Saturday, January 5, 2013 (for the week of 1/2); Saturday, January 12, 2013 (for the week of 1/7); Saturday, January 19, 2013 (for the week of 1/14). Instructors may select alternate snow-day makeup policies and publish them in their syllabi.

Fee Schedule and PoliciesUWinteriM is a separate term for purposes of tuition and enrollment verification. Enrollment in UWinteriM will not count toward full-time or part-time status for either the fall or spring semesters.The Bursar will bill students separately for UWinteriM courses. Students who were enrolled in the fall semester and who paid their segregated fees along with their fall semester tuition will be able to use campus services supported by those fees(e.g. Norris Health Center, UPASS, etc.) during UWinteriM. Students who did not pay segregated fees during the fall semester, or who were not enrolled in fall, will not be eligible to use these facilities.

Students who drop UWinteriM classes by December 27 will not be assessed fees for these classes. Students who drop after December 27, but no later than January 4, will be assessed a $50 withdrawal fee. For drops after January 4, there will be no reduction in fee obligation. Full tuition will be due.
