More comprehensive and specific inlocation than NSO data.
Linkage of Planning and Budgeting isclearly manifested using CBMS.(targets for investment are cleverlyidentified)
Application of CBMS to RPS
Land use allocation will be easierbecause target beneficiaries arespecifically, identified and located(CBMS Data)
Gender responsive Data Base becausedata are gender disaggregated
Rights –Based Data Base
MDG Responsive
Child Friendly Responsive (detaileddata on children)

Institutionalize CBMS thru LocalOrdinance that surveys be conductedregularly (Every three (3) years)
Creation of a unit in the MIS Divisionto handle exclusively CBMS DataProcessing
Upgrading into a CBMS-BasedGeographical Information System(GIS)
