CostingGo to Department -> Sales & Marketing -> Order Processing -> Click on Cost Sheet List

Click on New to create Cost Sheet

New Cost Sheet Module open -> Enter then Click on Customer No. drill down option -> Select the

Customer from the list

Select the Item from the list

Select Board Item no. for creation of Multiple BOM for model 0201 -> Click on Update Paper Calculation

Mention the Length, Width, Height, D1, D2, Flap size of the Box, Left Trim Margin, Right Trim Margin,

Board/Box Waste Fact and No. of Outs -> Then Click on Update Paper Requirement

A message comes after clicking on Update Paper requirement then click on Ok button

The Size of Deckle and Length and Width of the Board is calculated for the related product

Go to Action Pane -> Click on Update Paper Series

A message comes after clicking on Update Paper Series then click on OK button

The Paper Calculation Line is updated as per No. of Ply mentioned in related Item

Select the required Paper from the list…

After updating the required paper in all Liner and flute then select the Flute Type from the list

After mention the Flute Type click on Update Paper Requirement from Action Pane…

All Liner and Flute paper requirement is calculated. Click on OK button to view the main page

Click on Refresh Cost from Action Pane to calculate the cost of paper for the specific item…

Click on Create BOM to create the Bill of Material of the specific item, the message comes for

confirmation of creation of BOM and also created BOM no. showing in message box then clicks on Ok

The FG BOM no. updated in Production BOM Number and Component BOM no. updated in Board Prod.

BOM No.

Go to Other than Paper Tab -> select the consumable item issued and Charges applicable for

manufacturing of the specific item.

Again click on Refresh Cost, the Total Amount will change and the cost comes including all charges of the

specific item.

Click on OK button to close…

Sales

Sales Quote …

Go to Department -> Sales & Marketing -> Order Processing -> Click on Sales Quote

Click on New to open the Sales Quote Page

New Sales Quote Page Open, select the customer from the list

Select Item from the list

Select Cost Sheet for selected item from the list

Select the Location code

Mention the Quantity and Unit Price

Click on Print option to printout the Sales Quote

Convert this Sales Quote into Sales Order.

Go to Home Pane -> click on Make order

Click on “Yes” to convert the Quote to an Order

A message comes for confirmation of Quote converted to an Order. Click on OK button to close

Go to Department -> Sales & Marketing -> Order Processing -> Click on Sales order

Select the Sales Order and click on Edit button

Go to Lines Tab, select the Tax Area Code from the List

Create the Sales Invoice, mention the Posting Date and Quantity in Quantity to Ship field

Go to Tax information Tab, mention Time of Removal, Mode of Transport & Vehicle No.

Go to Navigate Pane, Select Shipments to Print Out the Challan Copy

Select the Document No. from the list

Mention the Requested Receipt Date and Your Reference in General Tab. In Lines Tab select the

required Item.

Tick on Accept action message and create the Enquiry if required -> Go to Home Pane click on Make

A message comes for confirmation of Indent Converted into Enquiry. Click on OK button

Go to Department -> Purchase -> Order Processing -> Purchase Enquiry

Go to Action Pane, click on Enquiry Vendor

Select the Vendor for Enquiry and tick mark on Send Enquiry to print the Enquiry Report

Go to Home Pane, click on Make Order to create the Purchase Order from Quote and then click on Yes

Got to Department -> Purchase -> Order Processing -> Purchase Order

Creating the GRN, change the posting date, mention the Weight of Loaded Truck and Unloaded Truck

Click on Item -> Line -> Paper Roll Entry

Roll Number field is system generated no., Mention rolls wise weight in “Roll Weight” field and in

remarks field mention the Roll Identification number. Then click on Ok button to close the page

Select the second Item -> Go to Line -> Paper roll entry

Select Vendor from the list

then click on Get Receipt Lines

Production… Go to Department -> Manufacturing -> Execution -> Firm Planned Prod. Orders

Click on New to create the Firm Planned Prod. Order

the list.

Mention the Production Quantity in Quantity field, change the due date and click on Refresh Production

Order

Tick mark the Update Unit Cost, then click on “Yes”

Go to department -> Manufacturing -> Execution -> Released Prod. Order
