1. Purpose Country Manager Order Format is a process to create Sales Order in SAP online. This function is

a part of Finance, QA and F&D for Sales Order Approval.

3. Login Open CadeNet Portal using following link.

http://cadenet/HRCCT/Logout

After Successful login main home page is open.

Go to GATE WAY => CMOF

4. Create New CMOF

Click on Button. Fill CMOF information and Save Data and Publish.

5. Revised CMOF [Marketing]

After click on publish button marketing Check list will open.

After click on all Marketing checklists System ask for department name selection in revised

case. Tick department which you want to sent for approval. Mail has been sent to only ticked

department concerned person.

Below image shows after tick on Finance department other two department auto approved by the

system. Comments are also transfer in new revised CMOF.

6. Duplicate PO Validation

Duplicate PO no Check on “Save” Button click event before publishes. PO NO duplication checks

for same Sold Party, Country and year.

Ask user to go with same PO NO If Duplicate PO exists against same Sold Party and Country and year.

When user Click - YES, Mail has been sent to Finance for approval. Click -NO, stop process, so user has to

enter new PO no.

After click on SAVE button Mail has been sent to Finance department.

Marketing will not able to publish CMOF, until Finance approves PO NO. Below Message shows Finance

department is not given any approval.

Finance approver can unlock CMOF by click on Unlock PO button. Display below with Red square. After

click on Unlock PO below message get displayed to Finance user.

CMOFNO: 4022 is unlocked

Marketing users can publish CMOF after PO unlocking by Finance department.

7. Revised CMOF

First select CMOFID which you want to revised. Here select CMOFID - 170 for revised process.

Click on Revised Button for revised CMOF . This functionality does by Marketing People.

After clicked on Revised Button New CMOF ID [174] generated with old SALES ORDER NO [170] and old

CMOF detail.

Revised CMOF and old CMOF displayed as different color in CMOF description list.

User can see previous reference no by clicking on button.

New window open by clicking on previous button. So user can compare both CMOF (Old and revised

CMOF).

After approval from RA and Finance Marketing people approve the Revised CMOF by clicking on

button.

After approval of Revised CMOF mail sent to printing and display Authority people.

After approval process old CMOF no is blocked user can not open this CMOF No. This no can show by

clicking on previous button .

8. Create Sales Order

Some changes are done in process of Create sales order process to avoid multiple Sales orders

generation in SAP by multiple clicking of mouse. User can click only one time on SAP button to generate

Sales order. Below are screen shots of the changes.

After click on SAP Logo this type message display press OK to generate Sales order.

After click on this message wait for message sales order no.

9. Clone CMOF

1) Select CMOF which you want to clone e.g. I choose 34 no CMOF

2) Click on Button to clone the 34 no CMOF.

3) Then it generates new CMOF with details of 34 no CMOF.

4) In this case new no 42 is generated from 34 no CMOF.

5) Same details save as in 42 no CMOF without Publish and RA/Finance approval.

6) New CMOF can be opened through a CMOF list.
