1. Purpose
The purpose of this User Requirements Specification (URS) is to define the user
requirements for Artwork and Material Master Docket-II management to be deployed at
Pack F&D department, Cadila Pharmaceutical Limited. The requirements specified in this
URS document define the system from a user perspective.
In order to meet the business needs of the users URS includes the following but not limited
to:
a. Business Requirements
b. Data Requirements
c. Environmental Requirements
d. Security Requirements
e. Any other Requirements not defined above.
2. Abstract
a. Business User can login with their register login credentials. b. Submit MMD-II & Artwork request. c. Approved / Send Back and Issued the MMD-II & Artwork based on there role and
department-based access. d. Audit report
3. Platform Web based application which are working fine with all major browsers incorporate with
mobile and PC.

7. Forgot Password
Open application in web browser. Click on link on login page.
Enter your register email id and click on button. System will send login credentials
email to their register email address.

8. Create Mfg. Docket-II request Only Pack F & D users who has Mfg. Docket-II creating access can create new request.
Go to Menu => Forms => Master MFG Docket-II (Packing)

10. Add Change History Once the Art works added then click to next button. Business users can add Change History.

Select respective department Business Users for approval workflow.
