We invite you to join us this year for the GTL User Group Training Conference May 12 and 13 in San Antonio, Texas.

Attendees of the GTL User Group Training Conference will benefit from the opportunity to learn how to better utilize GTL products and also take part in crucial votes on proposed changes to GTL’s products and services. Only attendees of the GTL User Group Training Conference have the opportunity to vote on the proposed changes, so attendees have the unique ability to shape the development of all GTL products.

In addition to the training sessions, there are multiple opportunities to experience new GTL technology hands-on and to see firsthand how integrated technology can streamline processes and provide efficiencies for your facility.

We have included a sample agenda from one of our recent User Groups to show the kind of training sessions you can expect and to show a small portion of the interaction opportunities that are provided.

Breakfast and lunch is provided both days for the conference and those who stay at the conference hotel also receive free Wi-Fi and discounted parking rates. Attendees are also invited to the Tuesday evening hospitality event for an evening of food and beverages and a chance to meet many of the other corrections customers in attendance. This is a wonderful opportunity to discuss best-practices and to find out how other correctional facilities manage their inmate populations.

To ensure that we can offer a high quality event and ensure that class sizes are appropriate, we are opening this GTL User Group up to the first 110 customers who are registered to attend. A waiting list will be maintained for customers who register after the first 110.

This GTL User Group Training Conference will be held at the Marriott Plaza San Antonio in San Antonio, TX. For attendees who stay at the conference hotel, the following amenities are included:

• Complimentary Wi-Fi in the guest rooms and the meeting space • Discounted room rates • Discounted parking rates

These items are only included for guests registering with the GTL room block, so please ensure you use the link from the GTL website when you book your room.


User Group Training Conference Budgeting Form:

To make it easier to budget for User Group, we have prepared this easy sheet to help calculate your expenses:

1. Registration fee for GTL User Group Training Conference:

2. Transportation to and from User Group. Expenses could include travel to and from airports (or to the hotel if local), parking at the airport and flights to and from San Antonio International Airport (including baggage fees):

3. Hotel costs (Marriott Plaza San Antonio is $129 per night plus taxes, which are currently 12%. Your stay at the hotel includes complimentary Wi-Fi, the discounted room rate and discounted parking- budget $145 per night with the taxes included)

4. Transportation expenses and parking fees (Shuttles from the airport are approximately $40 round trip. Self-parking is $15 per day for guests, $25 per day for non-guests)

5. Breakfast expenses Breakfast is provided on Tuesday and Wednesday for User Group attendees

6. Lunch expenses Lunch is provided on Tuesday and Wednesday for User Group attendees

7. Dinner expenses A complimentary hospitality evening is provided Tuesday night for all User Group guests with food and beverages

8. Miscellaneous expenses: All other anticipated expenses.
