However, the court still needs clarification on someof Catoosas claims and documented verification of Lawtonstestimony to ensure Catoosas true typicality and adequacy torepresent the class. The court orders that Catoosa submit thefollowing: 1) Catoosa Fund, LP's unredacted account statements

for March 2008 through March 2011; 2) the identity and a detaileddescription of the entity that is a partner in Catoosa Fund, LP; and3) an explanation of Catoosa's claim that the authority to sue issuehas become moot since lead plaintiff briefing. Catoosa shall submitthis information to the court under seal for in camera review withinfourteen (14) days of the issuance of this order. If the courtdetermines that this information should be released, it will providenotice and an opportunity to be heard before doing so. No filingsby other parties to this litigation shall be submitted with respect tothese issues unless requested by the court. Thereafter, the court isprepared to issue its order appointing Catoosa Fund, LP, as leadplaintiff and Brian Berry, Law Offices of Brian Barry, and SandyA. Liebhard, U. Seth Ottensoser, and Joseph R.
