My StoryAfter finishing graduate school and continuously looking for the perfect job I realized that If I wanted todo something that I loved -- then put what you love to do to work for you.

I have been making invitations, cards, announcements, flyers, presentations and signs for over 20 yearsand for many of those years I was also planning events, parties, lectures, orientations and educationalprograms. I enjoyed doing most of these projects -- but I LOVED the crafts/paper work -- making thecards, signs and presentations. Finding the right paper for the perfect envelope. Choosing the font andwriting the perfect wording to convey the perfect message. I even liked making the guest lists and handaddressing each piece of mail. I think it adds that special touch. Then a lightbulb went off in my head --- Take the part of event planning that you love and bring that to the marketplace.

I am look forward to working with event planners, brides, party planners, corporate event planners,conference coordinators to assure that their printed materials are perfect. I can't wait to start projectsand help these planners -- professional or not, find the perfect paper, wording and presentation style.Formal Gala's to informal family reunions to baby or bridal showers. Small guest list? Large guest list?No problem -- Each invitation will be put together with care from the first to the last. You can handlethe R.S.V.P. list -- or hand that off to me. Once you know how many and whom will be arriving at yourevent -- I will hand all the materials off to your planner -- whether it be you or your event professional.

I am also happy to customize the type of list you need so you can use it as a check list to assure youknow whom sent you what as a gift and later use that list for tracking greeting cards, holiday cards orfuture Gala's.

Special Custom Package: Starts with 25 fully customized announcement/invitation/card that is developed specifically for your event/announcement additional fees will be added for increased complexity and numbers as project progresses.

Tier II

$ 250.00

Full formal custom invitations Includes: 25 envelopes, invitations, reply cards, reply card envelopes, reception cards, direction cards, place setting cards, Thank you cards with envelopes

Tier III

$ 200.00 Informal custom Invitations Includes: 25 Invitations, envelopes, reply postcards, directions cards, thank you cards with envelopes

Tier IV

$ 150.00

Formal Cards Includes: 25 single fold card with customized message (announcements, holiday, specialized event) Informal Cards Includes: 25 single page cards with customized message (announcement, moving, holiday, specialized event)

Tier V

* This includes complete printing/assembly assurance that appropriate postage is affixed, and each invitation is ready for addressing (postage charges are separate)

Postage: Actual postal/delivery service fee plus 10% service fee

(one invitation will be sent to Event Planner and host to ascertain an approximate time that invitee's have

SIGNAGE/ POSTERS/ PRESENTATIONS:

Simple signs, forms, posters and presentations

Starting Rate:

$ 50.00

This includes 5 simple customized signs/posters/form Masters/NCR Forms or any combination thereof with additional fees

added for customization, complexity, and increasing numbers (signs will be mounted

on foam core and laminated.)

Examples: Directions to Events, Door Prizes, Silent Auction Forms, Raffle Tickets, Themed Presentation Signs, PowerPoint

Presentations

Presentations will be billed at $25.00/hour (PowerPoint)

PowerPoint Presentations

InvitaScribe created a the Church of theGood Shepherd’s Music Presentationsfor their Healing Prayer Weekend. Thispresentation allowed all the music to beprojected onto a large screen soparticipants could see all the words tothe songs and participate freely. It alsosaved the parish funds as they savedprinting costs for bulletins did not needto be printed.
