As an update we are sending this communication to notify our impacted customers that the USDA FSIS may visit your location. This is a standard response from the USDA FSIS. They will visit sites where product under voluntary recall has shipped and may ask if any product was recovered, how much, and if any records of the product retrieval and disposal exist. If you have these products in your custody, please discard appropriately. If you have any questions about the products in question or recall questions in general, please contact us at email provided above or call the main line listed below. As part of our voluntary recall on 09/30/2019 a limited number of 18th Street Deli & Enjoy
products with ready- to- eat diced chicken from Tip Top Poultry Inc. were recalled due to the

NuVue Foods is conducting this voluntary Class I recall because RTE diced chicken used in
recipe from Tip Top Poultry Inc. may be contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes. We have
not received any reports of illness associated with this product, but we are voluntarily recalling
this product out of an abundance of caution.
