Terms & Conditions

1. All the work shall be carried out as per specification given in bill of

quantity, design and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. 2. Income Tax , Vat Tax & Service Tax shall be deducted from the bill as

per rules and act.The Labour cess will be paid by the firm /contactor as per rules.

3. Rates of works will be inclusive of all material, labour, T&P transportation octroi and other inputs required for proper completion of job as mentioned in the bill of quantity.

4. Firm/Contractor must be registered in Commercial Tax Department & Service Tax Department.

5. Three years experience of same nature work minimum of Rs.50.00 lacs in each financial years (Balance sheet must attach).

6. Rates Quoted in the Tender should be inclusive of all duties and Taxes applicable.

7. Incomplete and conditional tenders will not be entertained. 8. Tenders must be accompanied with the required earnest money in the

shape of Banker's Cheque/D.D. in favour of UPSTDC Ltd. payable at Lucknow .

9. Standard conditions similar to U.P. P.W.D. form 9, will be a part of agreement. This condition can be seen in the office, during office working hours.

10. Tenderers are advised to quote the rates for mentioned works after seeing the site.

11. U.P. Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. reserves the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason.

12. If the Tenderer has downloaded the tender document from the tourism department's website www.up-tourism.com then the tenderer shall submit a demand draft amounting to Rs. 500.00(Each Work) in favour of UPSTDC Ltd. payable at Lucknow with the bid.

13. Quantity may vary on either side, no claim will be entertained on this account.

14. Original documents/certificates will be produced for verification as and when required by UPSTDC Ltd.
